Payment processing, messages, domains, provider subscriptions and app-store accounts may have separate fees. POS, printing, delivery, messaging and native app releases require compatibility checks, account setup and relevant approvals before activation. Sending an enquiry does not start a subscription.

No. App4Me designs, builds and maintains your website and app. You bring your business knowledge, review the designs and use the portal for everyday updates.
What can I change without asking a developer?
The content tools in your plan can cover menus, prices, products, photos, opening hours, events and member information. We show your team how to use them. New page layouts, design changes and new features are work for App4Me.
What if I already have a website, POS or other software?
Bring the names of your systems and your current website to our first conversation. We review what can be kept, moved or connected, then list that work in your proposal. POS and printing compatibility depend on your exact system and location setup.
Should I start with a website or an app?
Start with what your customers need to do. A website may be enough for discovering your services and sending an enquiry. An app can be useful for repeat orders, member activity or other regular visits. We help you choose before you commit to a build.
Does an app include an App Store release?
A web app and a native iPhone or Android app have different release requirements. We confirm which you need and who handles each step. Native releases require developer accounts, signing, device testing and approval by Apple or Google.
What will I pay for, and when does billing start?
Monthly plans start at AUD $59 + GST for Website Care. Design, build and setup are quoted separately. Your proposal confirms support, provider costs, optional add-ons, usage allowances, approval for extra costs and the billing start date. Restaurant plans are per location; the Marketing add-on is per business. Sending an enquiry does not start billing.
Can different locations have different teams?
Yes. We plan your business, brand and location structure, then set up roles for the people who need access. Shared information, independent owners and location-specific tools are confirmed in the project plan.
What happens when I need something new after launch?
Use the portal for the everyday content and activity in your plan. App4Me handles the maintenance and support included in your service. If you need a new page design, feature or connection, we explain the work and cost before starting.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Your current website, the systems you use and the main thing you want customers to do. Add any brand material and budget priorities you have. We use that conversation to recommend a starting point and identify what is needed for a quote.
