This notice covers project, domain, business email, career and partnership enquiries sent through the App4Me website, and optional Google Calendar connections. Our account notice also covers portal services.
Your name, email, optional business or discipline, message and consent timestamp. Your message may include the domain, service, existing website or project priorities you provide. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information.
Authorised App4Me staff review the enquiry and contact you about it. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Account and Google Calendar privacy notice · Account terms
When an authorized business administrator connects Google Calendar, App4Me reads the calendar list to let that administrator choose a writable calendar for a bookable resource. We read events on the selected calendar to check busy periods and prevent conflicting appointments. We also create, update and remove App4Me appointment events there. The Google permissions cover calendars beyond the selected calendar; App4Me restricts event requests to the saved calendar selection and changes only events identified as its own. We do not use this connection to manage unrelated events or invite their attendees.
We store the selected calendar’s identifier, name and timezone, an encrypted authorization token, busy intervals and event identifiers, and synchronization records. Google event responses can include other content, such as titles, descriptions and attendee information; our server processes responses to determine availability and resolve synchronization conflicts. Our saved availability cache does not retain titles, descriptions or attendee details. App4Me appointment events sent to Google contain booking times and internal references, without customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or preparation answers.
Google receives the requests needed to operate this connection. Our hosting and database providers, including Vercel and Supabase, process the information needed to run and protect the feature. We do not sell Google Calendar data, use it for advertising, or disclose it for unrelated purposes. We do not send it to optional AI tools or use it to train or improve AI or machine-learning models. Service providers may process it only as needed to provide or secure this feature, or as legally required, and may not use it for their own advertising or model training. People may access Google Calendar data only with your explicit agreement to access specific data for support, when necessary to investigate security or abuse, or when required by law. These Calendar-specific restrictions also apply where our general account notice describes broader platform tools or staff access.
App4Me’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including their Limited Use requirements.
We retain connection credentials, cached availability and synchronization records while the connection record exists, including when syncing is paused. The availability cache is replaced when a refresh completes successfully. Pausing does not start an automatic deletion period. You can pause syncing in App4Me and revoke access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents further authorized access to Google; it does not automatically erase data already stored by App4Me. Neither action automatically removes existing events in Google Calendar.
To request access, correction or deletion of connected-calendar data, email hello@app4me.com.au or use App4Me’s support service. We verify your identity and authority for the affected business connection before making changes. You can request removal of stored Google Calendar connection data through support. We review the request and confirm the information removed, any remaining provider-side copies, and any retention requirements. This is a support process, not automatic erasure when you pause or revoke access. Existing App4Me appointment, payment and business records are considered separately under our account privacy notice. Deleting App4Me’s stored integration data does not itself delete events or other copies held by Google; tell us if your request also concerns App4Me-created events in Google Calendar so we can explain the available options.
